Submit your request for court documents to our records department by emailing Records. We will need the following information from you:
- Verification of name and date of birth
- Case number
- Title of the document and date it was filed
If the case is sealed or involves minor children, you will need to fill out the applicable request form and email it to the Records Department.
Visit MyCourts Idaho to obtain the case number and information needed. We will email any document considered public record. Electronic certification is available.
We have 72 hours to respond to your request.
The cost is $1 per page for copies and $1 per document for certification. Paying with Visa or MasterCard adds a $3 convenience fee.
Our office has court audio available to copy for hearings within their appeal period. The cost of an audio recording of a specific trial or hearing is $6. Please be advised pursuant to Fifth District Administrative Order 06-16, you cannot use the audio in place of an official transcript.
